Steps to delete SMEDB Mobile Banking Account
- Contact Call Center via Hotline 09 44120 2217 or send requisition
email to digital@smedbank.com - Could you please request to delete your account.
- Could you please follow the instruction from Call Center Agent.
- Your request will be proceeded withing business 5 days.

- You can’t use the SMEDB Mobile Banking Feature.
- Your Personal information will be cleared
- Your transaction history also will be cleared

- ကျေးဇူးပြု၍ Call Center အေးဂျင့်၏ညွှန်ကြားချက်များအတိုင်း လိုက်နာပါ။
- သင်၏တောင်းဆိုချက်ကို လုပ်ငန်းခွင် ၅ ရက်အတွင်း ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးပါမည်။
သင်၏အကောင့်ကို ဖျက်သိမ်းပြီးပါက၊
- သင် SMEDB မိုဘိုင်းဘဏ်လုပ်ငန်း လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်များကို အသုံးပြု၍ မရနိုင်တော့ပါ။
- သင်၏ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက်များကို ဖျက်ပစ်ပါမည်။
- သင်၏ငွေစာရင်းမှတ်တမ်းများကိုလည်း ဖျက်ပစ်ပါမည်။
