Overdraft

An Overdraft a type of loan that the bank has authorized to take out more than the amount of the customer’s overdraft Account. The type of loan that can be deducted from the amount that is allowed by the bank and which is no longer needed if the excess is unnecessary. The term of the loan is from the beginning of the year to the end of the year. The interest rate is calculated on a daily basis and is accrued on the end of the third quarter of the calendar year. You can apply to the relevant bank for an extension before the loan expires and no loan extension will be repaid. An overdraft can extend beyond the authorized amount.
