SME -CFB Loan
SME – CFB LOAN is a type of loan that is primarily based on the cash flow and profitability of a business, based on collateral.
Small and Medium Enterprise Development Bank (SME Bank) is planning to provide loans to the following sectors as part of the SME – CFB LOAN (Cash Flow – Based Loan) as part of the development of the country’s economy.
- Agriculture Sector
- Livestock (Fish, Shrimp, Crab, Chicken, Dairy Cow)
- Manufacturing (Food, Consumer Goods, Clothing)
Among the above sectors, the import and export promotion activities will be given priority as a contribution to the development of the country. In addition, the loans will be allocated at each level as they are not lending year-round, so as to ensure sector growth is transparent, so that there is a level 1 and 2 level loan. Therefore, it is important that your SME is compatible with the following five points:
- Agriculture Sector (rice, maize); Livestock (fish, shrimp, crab, chicken, dairy cow); Must be Myanmar nationals between 20- and 60-years old working in the manufacturing (food, consumer and clothing) sectors.
- The business field must have two or more years of business experience, and the loan application must be at least one year in continuous operation.
- Must have SME membership card.
- The loan amount required to apply must not exceed 30 million MMK.
- The purpose of the loan must be detailed.
Terms:
- The interest rate: (12%)
- Bank Service Fee: (1%) for one year
- Loan Term: 9 Months to 12 Months
- Non-Collateral
